A minimum of 1 nights deposit is payable at the time of booking via our online system and is non refundable.

Check In

Check In is between 12pm and 4pm. Later or self check-in can be arranged.


It's very important that we receive an arrival time before the date of check in so we can ensure there are arrangements made to check you in as we don't have a 24 hour manned reception area.

Check Out

Check out is by 10am on your day of departure. 

General Policies

  • Single occupancy may be available upon request.

  • All rooms are strictly non smoking and smoking is only permitted in designated outside areas at the front of the property. A deep clean penalty charge will be applied if this is not adhered to.

  • £20.00 Lost Key charge.

  • Please keep noise at a level which does not disturb other guests.

  • Damage to the hotel fixtures fittings or contents will be charged (excluding ware and tare).

  • Cash is not kept onsite or accepted at arrival. Payments are accepted by Credit or Debit Card and PayPal only.

  • Government Covid rules must be followed at all times.

House Rules

  • Due to cleanliness and hygiene reasons takeaway or fast food is not permitted in the rooms.
    There are many nice restaurants etc in close proximity.


  • Also due to legal, licensing laws & insurance only very moderate alcohol consumption is permitted in the rooms. There’s are many nice pubs & drinking establishments etc in close proximity.

  • Smoking is not allowed.

  • Pets are not allowed.

  • Quiet hours are between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
